An open discussion on the topic “Why is it advantageous to comply with the law?” took place in the Center Prospect on Saturday, August 17. Participants of the meeting together with the jurist Oleg Papaskiri and the author of the project Elena Kuvichko recalled the history of the creation of laws and debated the modern tendencies of the law use in Abkhazia.
