The meeting of youth organizations of Abkhazia was held in the Center Prospect on August 21. The presentation on the topic of the importance of the concept elaboration for youth development was introduced at the meeting. Amid plenary discussion participants emphasized the core directions the must be focused on in case of creation the concept. Besides, the possible formats for information exchange and increase of effective interactions between organizations were talked over.

Civil Society Organization representatives noted insufficient interaction among youth CSOs and youth committees. Along with principal problems participators considered the necessity of the systematic approach to the solution of the young generation pressing issues, the lack of full-fledged youth development strategy and the youth center, as well as the low level of communication between youth organizations and special committees.
