The CSSP Grant Mechanism targets a wide range of local civil society actors including initiative groups, think-tanks, expert communities and public activists and employs the successful Grant Management model of COBERM project including the design, structure, procedures and administration. Within the scope of this programme component, the Call for Proposals was announced on the 7- th of February 2018 through the diverse dissemination means to ensure maximum outreach of relevant target audiences across Abkhazia: bulk mailing list with extensive coverage of local civil society actors, electronic press newspaper “Nuzhnaya”), and running line on Abaza-TV. Apart from that, during the Orientation Meeting organized at the Center “Prospect” on the same day, more detailed information on all aspects of the Call, including its procedures, deadlines and assistance/guidance opportunities was offered to all those interested to apply for grants.
